Jeff is also Principal Investigator of the Carbon Cycle 2.0 Environmental Energy Analysis Team. 

Education: Ph.D. Chemistry (University of California, Berkeley); B.S. Chemistry and Physics (Haverford College).

Expertise: Integrated energy system modeling and forecasting, greenhouse gas technology assessment (including “wedge” analysis), appliance efficiency modeling, climate change science, and general data analysis; 10 years experience in climate change and low-carbon energy technology assessment and modeling.
